Regulations for forming a disciplinary committee of marketers
 
Purpose of the regulations:
This by-law is prepared in order to create a healthy platform in network marketing and to prevent any mistakes and violations of marketers, as well as to increase the level of quantitative and qualitative creativity in the two sections of violations and incentives. Notification and entry into force:
Article 1 Scope of the bylaws:
This regulation includes all marketers who are members of www.worldwinner.network.
Article 2 Titles and concepts used in the bylaws:
Site: The site in this regulation is www.worldwinner.network.
Violation: Any damage to the company, site, other marketers and network marketing industry by causing disruption and irregularity in the natural process of work and performing any behavior contrary to the current laws of the countries in which the site operates or the individual The marketer resides in that country is considered a violation.
Encouragement: Actions that cause the growth and promotion of the site in terms of science, modern working methods and promotion of the site in different countries will be encouraged at the discretion of the disciplinary committee and the approval of the CEO in accordance with this regulation.
Article 3 Establishment of a disciplinary committee:
A committee consisting of the following persons shall be appointed by the order of the CEO for a term of one year:
1- Managing Director or representative nominated by him (Chairman of the Committee)
2- Director of Inspection and Complaints (Secretary of the Committee)
3- Representative of marketers with the approval of the CEO (member of the committee)
In case of diagnosis, the committee can form groups in the form of investigation and, if necessary, invite the offender or his witnesses or any other person who helps the investigation process to give explanations.
The decision of the said committee will be valid by a majority of votes and after the approval of the CEO
Article 4 Titles of violations:
1-    Lack of proper training at the time of registration and the person's relatives to invoice the customer too much
2-    Failure to comply with the laws of the country in which the marketer operates
3-    Non-observance of by-laws, circulars and rules and regulations of the site
4- Any political discussion and magnification of the social problems of the countries during the introduction to the work or training sessions
5- Paying any amount under any title outside the site revenue plan to other marketers
6- Entering based on false promises and any seductionNon-observance of by-laws, circulars and rules and regulations of the site
7- Non-observance of individual and social rights of individuals
8- Behaving away from social decency and social dignity with other marketers, clients and potential customers
9- Lack of training and disrupting the order of training sessions
10- Insulting the managers and agents of the site
11- Encouraging and pressuring people to leave current and traditional work
12- Any marketing in public environments and other environments that are considered a violation in the marketing country
13- Introducing to work and registering people who have not reached the legal age
14- Destroying other licensed companies in countries and other marketing teams-
15- Promising special profits and sales and using unconventional emotions at the time of registration and while working
16- Abuse of the card and the position created for the marketer
17- Failure to insert the ID card in the meetings
18- Registration of citizens of countries that have been banned by the site and do not have the right to join this site

Article 5 Penalties:
1- Written notice, inclusion in the file and 15-day opportunity to correct the performance and review in the disciplinary committee
2- Written notice, inclusion in the file and suspension of the position for 2 weeks during which the person will not receive a commission and a 15-day opportunity to correct the performance of the re-examination in the disciplinary committee.
3- Written notice, inclusion in the file and suspension of the position for 4 weeks during which the person will not receive a commission and a 15-day opportunity to correct the performance of the re-examination in the disciplinary committee.
1-    Written notice, inclusion in the file and suspension of the position for 8 weeks during which the person will not receive a commission and a 15-day opportunity to correct the performance of the re-examination in the disciplinary committee.
2-     Canceling the marketing position on the site

If the violation is not repeated for 3 months, the effects of the violation will be removed.

Article 6 Encouragement:

Items that include encouragement:
1- Providing scientific suggestions to improve working conditions and increase the productivity of marketers and site sales
2- Preventing losses to the site and the company
3- Any action taken by the disciplinary committee, the marketer deserves to be rewarded and encouraged
Article 7: How to encourage:
Level 1 at the discretion of the Disciplinary Committee: Encouragement at the first major meeting of the company and receiving a letter of appreciation from the CEO
Level 2 at the discretion of the Disciplinary Committee: Receiving € 500 wallet credit on site and receiving a letter of appreciation from the CEO
Level 3 at the discretion of the Disciplinary Committee: Receiving the amount of 1000 Euros in cash on the site and receiving a letter of appreciation from the CEO
Level 4 at the discretion of the Disciplinary Committee: Receiving € 5,000 in cash and receiving a letter of appreciation from the CEO
Level 5 at the discretion of the Disciplinary Committee: Receiving the amount of 10,000 Euros in cash and receiving a letter of appreciation from the CEO and receiving the position of Honorary Advisor to the CEO
